多功能鍵盤導(dǎo)電膜六工位轉(zhuǎn)盤檢測(cè)機(jī)自動(dòng)上下料的運(yùn)作過(guò)程

1.此設(shè)備的主要功能是完成鍵盤膜上下料以及貼合，檢測(cè)收料。

2.工作步驟 work steps

①人工分別向三組上料機(jī)進(jìn)行三種鍵盤膜的上料，上料機(jī)通過(guò)雙工位轉(zhuǎn)換，二次定位，頂升機(jī)構(gòu)將薄膜頂升到位后由橫移手臂吸取產(chǎn)品后輸送至轉(zhuǎn)盤機(jī)構(gòu)流轉(zhuǎn)至下一工位，1#、2#、3#上料機(jī)依次上料，轉(zhuǎn)盤機(jī)構(gòu)由中空軸旋轉(zhuǎn)平臺(tái)驅(qū)動(dòng)，完成6工位旋轉(zhuǎn)。

Three kinds of keyboard films are fed to three groups of feeding machines manually, and the feeding machine is switched through two positions and positioned twice. The jacking mechanism lifts the film into place, the product is sucked by the traverse arm and then transported to the turntable mechanism to move to the next working position. The feeding machine of one, two and three is successively loaded,and the turntable mechanism is driven by the hollow shaft rotation platform to complete 6-position rotation.

②待鍵盤膜旋轉(zhuǎn)至檢測(cè)工位時(shí)，由檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)完成鍵盤膜的點(diǎn)位檢測(cè)，完成后旋轉(zhuǎn)至超聲波電壓工位。

When the keyboard membrane is rotated to the detection station, the point detection of the keyboard membrane is completed by the detection mechanism, and then rotates to the ultrasonic voltage position.

③由超聲波電壓機(jī)完成點(diǎn)壓工作，同時(shí)進(jìn)行對(duì)鍵盤膜的厚度檢測(cè)，隨后轉(zhuǎn)至收料工位。

The ultrasonic pressing machine completes the point pressing work, and simultaneously detects the thickness of the keyboard film, and then transfers to the receiving station.

④.收料機(jī)構(gòu)通過(guò)模組移載手臂后對(duì)良品及不良品夾持或者吸取收入對(duì)應(yīng)收料盒。確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品收料完成后旋轉(zhuǎn)至上料工位，進(jìn)行下一循環(huán)作業(yè)。

After the arm is transferred by the module,the receiving mechanism clamps or absorbs the income corresponding to the receiving box . After confirming that the product is collected, rotate to the loading station for the next cycle operation.
